2. Web Development Services
Web design and development projects are governed by individual project agreements. Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are specified in each project's Statement of Work. Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of deliverables as specified in their agreement.
3. Free Homepage Concepts
Complimentary homepage concepts are provided for evaluation purposes and carry no obligation to purchase. Concepts remain the property of True Rate Digital until a project agreement is signed and the related work is paid for in full.
4. Care Plans & Hosting
Optional monthly care, maintenance, and hosting plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Specific inclusions and terms are set out in your plan agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the True Rate Digital website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of True Rate Digital and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
True Rate Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which True Rate Digital is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
